Speaking of Jersey: My former Senator made it official today:

Democratic presidential front-runner Howard Dean on Tuesday picked up the endorsement of former U.S. Sen. Bill Bradley of New Jersey, the latest party heavyweight to back his insurgent campaign.

"The Dean campaign is one of the best things that's happened to American democracy in decades," Bradley told supporters of the former Vermont governor at a campaign event in New Hampshire.

I'm not sure I'd call Bradley a "party heavyweight." His constituents remember him as a mostly nice guy who never had his name on much legislation and courted an image of Bradley the Deep Thinker. His roundball days aside, he's strictly JV.
