Of course "monarchy reform" is akin to "campaign finance reform" in that we're better off without the whole mess than trying to fix it. In any event, the report doesn't call for eradication, but merely clarification. Clarification as to what is public and what is private. Clarification as to access to royal properties when not in use. Oh, and a little something called income taxation. I swear, if the Brits put half as much effort into everything else...
