Back...again: Spent the past 10 days prepping and conducting a jury trial in Federal Court, only to have the client suggest settlement last night, which resolved the case. This after two settlement conferences in which I was assured there was no possibility of settlement. Oh well. Welcome to Flyer who, as it seems, was successful in his little power play. However, much like Tiger Woods, my time away should not be considered evidence of a slump.
