A little scary: Power outages from New York to Toledo. NYC is chaotic, understandably, with subways out and people stuck. They have after all, been through a lot. Apparently a fire at a Con Edison power plant has had a fire, unknown cause. No suggestion of terrorism that I can find, seems like an accident.
