Teen athletes: I agree with Razor that age ought not be the deciding factor in whether or not someone can play sports professionally. Certainly scouts, coaches, and other players will take care business. But what good does it do to have collective bargaining agreements if they can't be enforced. By ruling that the CBA is challengable, the judge has made it that much more difficult to draft a new one when the agreement expires. When we're watching scab ball a few years from now, we'll know who to thank.
