Beatles: Well, Eno has forgotten more about The Beatles than I'll ever know, so I really can't say much on the piece of much use. I like the idea however that maybe they just did run out of good ideas. Also, it's hard not to accept the premise that with all the outside distractions homing in on the group (Yoko, Eastern mysticism, harder drug use, their own cult of personality) that it had to be harder and harder to "bring it" with each album (and when you consider how much fu*king music they pumped out in 7 years...yea gods!).

Also, is it wrong to admit that I still like Guadalcanal Diary's "And Your Bird Can Sing" better?
