I Had This Same Thought: Paul Bremer got to spill the big news on Saddam's capture. Not Bush. Not Rummy. Somewhere along the line, a decision was made to not make a presidential spectacle of this. My mind naturally drifted to a particular ex-president who would have been unable to contain his impulse to step all over the occasion.
