Crichton speech: This link is getting more pub today than Michael Crichton's last few books did. It's a coldhearted and clearheaded talk on environmentalism-as-religion. Most of it's not new news, but none of it is what you'd call common knowledge. Maybe Crichton will get more attention than others due to his celebrity. He speaks (or reads, anyway) well and is a valuable ally against environmental hysteria.
